Terms for using Mathwise.

These terms explain who can use Mathwise, how accounts work, what is not allowed, and the limits around service changes and liability. Last updated: 16 Mar 2026.

Welcome to Mathwise. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mathwise Android application (the "App"), operated by Coding Chef Private Limited.

By downloading, accessing, or using Mathwise, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use Mathwise. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.

2. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of Mathwise, you must create an account.

  • Phone Number Login: We use your mobile phone number for authentication. By registering, you consent to receive SMS messages such as OTPs. Standard carrier rates may apply.
  • Profile Information: We may request your name to personalize your experience. You agree to provide accurate and current information.
  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and the device used to access it.

3. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by the Privacy Policy. By using Mathwise, you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Mathwise only for its intended purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App.
  • Impersonate another person or use another person's phone number without permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, features, and functionality of Mathwise, including code, logos, text, and graphics, are the exclusive property of Coding Chef Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. App Updates

We may update the App from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. You agree that we may automatically install updates or ask you to download them.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Mathwise at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in unauthorized conduct.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mathwise is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, accuracy, or availability, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coding Chef Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Mathwise.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we may notify you within the App or via SMS. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
